Mechanical processing
The following machining centers are used at the ALMECON place:
- Gildemeister DMU 50 CNC 5-axis milling machine
- Gildemeister NEF 400 CNC universal turning machine
We can edit parts provided by you, as well as buying semi-finished products, castings and forgings and edit them even further. Our tool marking provides many opportunities in this area, too.
These are the processing and manufacturing of tools and equipment for the internal use, such as bending equipment, welding equipment, etc. In addition, where trials e.g. dimensional inspection and surface crack detection are required, they are made by our own material testing.
