This occurs regardless of whether "YouTube" provides a user account through which users are logged in, or whether there is no user account. If users are logged in to "Google", the user data is assigned directly to the respective account. "YouTube" stores the data as usage profiles and processes them independently of the existence of a user account with "Google" for statistical analysis and advertising purposes.
